You misunderstood me. Just like in the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Pro Football Hall of Fame requires that players must be retired for five years to be eligible to go to Canton. But if Mr. Favre keeps pulling this back and forth stunt regarding his retirement and can't stay retired for five years, well...

But you also need to throw all the other captains into that mix for rolling out of camp to make a big spectacle of going to get him and bringing him back.
