    I went to the website and added 2 to the cart but then I noticed its charging me $56 for tax.

    I have never been charged tax on Gold. Is this a mistake ?

    That changes this from a great price ( 339 per coin ) to a terrible price ( ~ 370 per coin )

    If you choose your state for the shipping, the taxes should disappear.
