    The photos are a bit tought tell with certainty, but I don't see any glaring issues.

    Doubt it. Usually a reason coins like that are not in a pcgs/ngc holder.
    The obv looks to have some color change going on, hard to tell whats up for sure from the provided pics.

    I say yes but you never know. It could be a PCGS slab and it's would still be a crap shoot to cross to PCGS sometimes. Looks ok though
  • Crack it and I bet it will grade, try to cross in ICG and I doubt it.
  • Its a tough call, the coin is in the lower-middle end of the assigned grade based on photos

    I think it will cross. I'm 3 for 3 on crossing ICG coins in there slabs. One was a capped bust quarter that came back PCGS VF-20 (ICG graded it F-15). Your coin looks nice, with no issues from the photos provided. image

    ICG is decent in circulated grades I have found. Yes I do think it will cross xf40-xf45.
