Thanks for the offer, but that offer is a perfect offer for a PSA 7. A PSA 8 is a totally different animal.

I know what you mean, however, I have some bills to pay so I need every last red cent I can get. Not really, every last red cent, but I don't want to sell myself too short. SMR is $700. These cards are really rare in this condition and highly collectible and have been known to sell way above SMR. There is only one graded higher (8.5).

There is no VCP on it. VCP on a PSA 8.5 is $1500+. VCP on a PSA 7 is $200. SMR on a PSA 8 is $700.

I have accepted an offer of $700. It is now sold.
