A little home help needed from Cleveland area residents...

I apologize for this non-sportscard related post, but to keep it honest, to the person that helps me most, I will forward a free card(s) of the team of their choice (baseball or football only).

I need some town recommendations for homes in or between Concord, OH and Eastern Cleveland. The requirements are:
Town environment (sidewalks, shops and proximity to shopping, etc) versus out of the way development neighborhoods
Access to both Concord and Cleveland
Safe town - school district quality is unimportant
    Variety of home styles
If you know a quality Realtor in the town, please advise as I can provide them with a referral
Drop me a PM if you can help out.

Thanks in advance!!!

SNOW BELT! (that was your fair warning)

I'm from the Canton area, so I don't know much about that specific area as far as living there, but I'm sure you'll find a nice place. Good luck!

Sorry, I'm on west side or Cleveland in Parma....would recommend Parma if you were looking west since schools are not an issue for you, you can still find nice housing reasonably priced...schools are having some issues now due to levies failing....I have 8th and 11th graders so am familiar with those issues....been homeowner now for 21 years and lived part of my childhood there.
