Jagr psa 10 HOF signed Index card

Just got this back from PSA DNA. This HOF index card was signed back in the early 1990's when his career was still very early on. Even then Jagr was confident that he would make the NHL Hall Of Fame some day. Will he or won't he? (Listed on Ebay with a Lemieux signed photo)

    He's a definite hall of famer. Can't deny what he's done.
    2 stanley cups, scoring titles, 600+ goals, etc.
