Is this Kaline rookie a reprint?

The seller provides information that this Kaline is authentic, but I don't get the Tiger in the upper right corner.
It looks gold???

Not 1954 authentic. It says Topps Archives on back of card. Think of it like Heritage.

What really cracks me up or starts me crying is the people bidding on this and even more the seller with reserve not met?

the seller and buyers deserve each other, because it seems apparent that both are uninformed or just plain dumb especially when we are talking about a high dollar rookie that most people would not buy unless it was authenticated.JMHO

The main red flag is that the 1954 design did not have a border on top of the card. I could see that evewn with the blurry photo.
