    Yes, I bought a '67 Topps BB high # common described as NM-MT... I think it was #564 but he sent me #608 and another high # instead. I shipped them back to him and I was refunded my $$. The cards I received by mistake were described as NM-MT too but I would have called them Ex-Mt+/NM.

    Same here - overgraded by about 2 grades. NM-MT listings that were probably 75% ExMt.
