If the card in the last panel werent so badly MC, I'd put a strong bid in on this one...hard to tell how nice the cards are through the cloudy GAI plastic holder. I'd say the value in this one is definitely keeping it sealed..
Edit: Would have liked to have seen a scan of the back...I'm betting that all 18 cards in that last panel are going to be OC-MC...I've had the same issues with the last panel in other 70s racks as well.

man i would not open anything from gai. i have heard too many bad things on this board about there packs.
The packs in the first generation holders are generally safe as they were graded by Murphy or Wright...Steve used to sell GAI packs almost exclusively before PSA started grading packs and I've never had a GAI pack not cross over to PSA as of yet...like anything else, you just have to know who you're buying from and if Steve is putting his name behind a GAI graded pack, I'd feel confident purchasing it.
