1974 Topps baseball factory set, info please

I have been told that Topps issued a 74 baseball factory set, and I'm interested to know more about it.

I have been told it was sold thru Sears, and is in a Topps box which pictures a number of the cards from the set on the box.

What would the cards condition be in this set?.... Centering all over the place, but sharp corners and no gum stains?

Does anyone know if it was sealed by Topps when it left the factory, like a piece of tape or something?

What kind of price could I expect to pay for one?

Any one have one for sale?

Any info or guidence appreciated.

Hi, don't really know much to help you other than I have seen them sell on ebay for around 210 or so the couple times I noticed them.
