Selling a Complete collection of commemortive first day covers 1986 - 2009
housed in leatherette binders labeled POSTAL COMMEMORATIVE SOCIETY.
There are 23 binders each about 6 inches thick. Hopefully you live in the
SF Bay area so we can avoid shipping.
Dont really know the value other than the owner (a naval commander durring WWII)
spent over $2000 on them. Catalog value supports this but
as we all know you can trhow away the catalog these days.
