Need some help.

Hi there. I bought some cards off ebay a few months ago and I received them which is all good. I went to enter them into my registry set, but they were registered to another user. I sent the e-mail to the person to remove them out of his set and waited a week. This has happend 4 times now and he hasn't removed them. Now I don't have a scanner and can only take pictures with my phone to e-mail PSA, but the pictures come out really bad and you can hardly make out the cert number. So my question is, is there any other way other than sending pictures to PSA to have these items removed from this other persons registry set? Thanks in advance for any help.

This would be a good time to get a scanner. Many are not too expensive. You can show scans of your cards on your registry sets and if you ever want to sell or trade a good scan is very important.

I agree - this may be a good time to get a scanner - heck - they're under 100 bucks in some cases.

Now - check and see if the scans are still in the sale - if so - just right click on the pic - copy the URL address and email it to PSA.

If gone - check with the seller - they may still have them in their file?

Last - you could always make a xerox copy of the cards - my office copy machine - an HP - will give 'scan' quality copies of things - then send it to PSA.

I guess this really goes back to the 'value' of a nice scanner at home.
