Does anyone collect 64 Topps Standups?

I'm wondering how they fold? I have some 91 Petro Canada cards that were modeled after the 64 standups and while it is clear how they were meant to be folded...there is no pre-creased area to fold the front, stats, down and display the player picture on the inside.

I'm wondering where to fold?

Any ideas?
