Is this a fake?

I am new to collecting PSA graded cards. Got a card off ebay the other day, A 1963 willie mays fleer. the back of the PSA label looks differnt then my other PSA cards. the color is allot lighter blue then the other PSA cards and also, it says "a collectors universe company" unlike the others that say "a division of collectors univirse" never knew PSA had two different kinds of labels. If anybody had any knowladge of this i would be very thankfull, as I am a knew collector to graded cards! Thanks!

Over time the labels have changed and both descriptions you give are valid and by themselves no reason for concern. Without scans nobody can give you an answer about the card itself though.
