I think the buyer of this just closed ebay lot got a very good price; had thought about fighting them for it but let it go as the domestic side is killing me for the moment. Coin/TPG looked authentic enough to me.

Not me, although I thought it a very good price I did not convinve myself it was actually a proof. Even though it's in an NGC holder I wouldn't bid a reasonable amount unless someone I tusted had looked at it.

Yes, I def. could not tell from the pictures if it was proof although the holder looked real enough. Still as you say perhaps a bit of a risk.

I could have gotten Andy to look at it for me, btu it would have been pretty expensive to fly him to Greece for 15 minutes.
