Frustrating experience with PSA label on recent sub

So I send in a 2009 Press Pass Fusion autograph of Brock Lesnar as one of my six freebies for renewing my membership. This card grades a 10 which I am happy about, but it is labeled a silver instead of an onyx. The Onyx Classic Champsions card is numbered to 25 and the Silver is numbered to 99. My card is numbered to 25. I call immediately to tell them of the error last Tuesday, and they hold my cards until Wednesday of this week. The card arrives today and still is labeled a silver. I call them to let them know, and they said it was kicked back to their research team and they still felt that it was a silver autograph instead of an onyx. You simply can do an ebay search and find one of the silver autographs numbered to 99. Who does the research? This is a bit frustrating because I will have to resend the card back after I prove them to be incorrect. Ughh!!!!!

i feel your pain. sometimes it takes me two or more tries to get some of my favre's right. you would think by now that they would figure out that i know my favre stuff.
