About time for Good Ebay seller story

Back on June 8th I bought a 1980 60 card Kelloggs set from 1935bobb for a pretty good price of $13.50 shipped. Got the cards a few days later, thumbed through them, admiring all the Red Sox and hissing at the Yankees, and then put them aside on the shelf next to my desk.

Last week, I was going to put them all in sleeves and toploaders when I noticed I was actually missing 9 of the 60 cards. I sent the seller a note feeling pretty stupid that I hadn't noticed it before. He replied within about an hour, apologized, said he must have grabbed the wrong stack and said he send the missing cards right out.

They all got here today in great shape.

With all the bad stories, it was kind of nice to have a potential issue 2 weeks after the fact go well.

I do not know how to respond to that story, I am only used to bad seller - buyer stories. Please advise.

I agree with you , as its the few southbound- end- of a - northbound-donkeys , that get my blood going. I have soo many cards to sell , but cannot stomach the krap that goes on at Ebay.

wow, that just goes to prove not all ebay sellers are demons & scum sucking scammers.

that is the way business should be done +1 for the seller , hope you gave him 5 stars across the board.

Great story. it is good to see a nice ending once in a while. Just be sure to store the Yankee cards away fromthe Red Sox cards to avoid any fights.
