Paypal question

Sorry to bother you but I would need some advice from someone more expert than me.
I sold 2 silver onzas on eBay and the tracking nbr says "delivered".
The buyer (more than 338 fbs - 100%) now claims he didn't receive the coins (not only mine but few other shipments).
Who going to win if he opens a dispute with PayPal?
Thanks

If the USPS Delivery Confirmation number - as displayed online - shows
that the item was "delivered," the seller will win the PayPal claim.

Items under $250 only require DC to be PayPal compliant.
Items $250 or more require SigCon.

For US Mail, SigCon can be anyone that answers the door at the correct address. Possible someone else at the house signed for receipt and didn't tell buyer.
Make sure you go into the paypal details page and enter the shipping info number. That's where paypal will first look for proof. Also helps to set up your My Ebay page to show tracking info. If you printed label from paypal tracking info will show up in paypal and ebay automatically. If not you need to enter shipping number manually. Buyer and EBa//Paypal can see this info at their end.

The website says I am protected if I can prove the delivery.
Let's see what happens, it's just a $40 deal, but I would prefer to keep the money!
Thanks again everyone.
<< <i>Thank you derryb, I have printed the label through Paypal, so it shows the trk nbr in their website and in eBay.

You will keep the money on this one. If buyer gets nasty or it appears he was scamming be sure to follow up with an ID so I can block.
