I found a coin in my roll of pennies the other day.
1968 Un centesmo republica de panama

Looks like the first on here:

I don't suspect it to be worth anything? Interesting find I thought.

    They are cool, but I doubt worth much; I've got a bunch of them of many different years.

    Panama makes their coins the same size as US coins.
