Drop Dollar as Reserve Currency, U.N. report says

Just more saber rattling by foreign governments?
Do these surveys carry any weight?
If the buck is dethroned as the "World Reserve Currency" and replaced by SDRs, what effect would this have on the USD & PM values?
Would the US become a "third world country"?

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set:
1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.
Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!

This would be way more believable if there was an obvious alternative. The Euro and the Yen are in arguably worse shape than the dollar. And all governments fear gold.
