WW2 Ivory Nazi "Coin"

I have in my possesion a "Coin" which is about the size of a silver dollar. It is made of Ivory and on both sides have a Swastika on it. My grandfather brought it back from WW2 and I was wondering if you any information about this item. I was told it was used as currency during the war. I will appreciate any in fo in what it is exactelly, and whatis its worth

    If all it has are swastikas and nothing else, it sounds more like a casino chip. Pre-WII gaming tokens from all over the world often had swastikas on them; the swastika used to be a good luck symbol before the Nazis forever tainted it.

    For the description and size I agree with Sapyx. It is probably a casino chip.

  • Thanks guys I was wondering what it was. Now does anyone have a clue of its worth? Not that I am planning on selling it, but I would like to have a clue of its worth before I pass it down to my son"When he is old enough to know its from his great grandfather".
