Paypal payment "Unclaimed" question

Hi, I paid for item and it says it's "Unclaimed".
Under the details page, it says the seller is "Un-registered".
So what does this mean? He has perfect feedback. Should I wait
for a response? Did the seller awol? I have the option to cancel
the payment, so do I just wait? Thx

<< <i>I would contact seller, maybe it was an old listing that had an old email addy connected to a previous paypal account. >>
Good Day,
Thats exactly what it is, I occasionally have it happen to me I changed E-mail and Internet provider a year ago and still miss a listing (Old Store Listings) once in awhile that has old E-mail. It is a real pain in the a$$ for the Seller, finally I talked to somebody at Paypal that just Re-instated my old Paypal name as second on account to accept payments. It took awhile but was the only solution, because there is no way to accept, the first couple of times I just ate it, sent the item and Paypal got to keep the money that was in Limbo.

what it can also mean is the person has a personal paypal account and payment was made with debit or credit card. the person would have the option to upgrade their account to accept the payment or they could deny the payment. if he's selling on ebay I doubt he'd have a personal paypal account
I clicked the "Pay Now" button so it's not like I entered his
email addy manually. Still no response from seller yet.

Probably because the Seller is scambling around trying to figure out how to fix it, pulling out his hair, screaming at the Computor, Cussing, Jumping Up and Down and generally getting nowhere (Wait a minute....That was me when this happened the first couple of times).
Until they contact Paypal (And probably not the first time, it took me 3 different Paypal yahoos to finally get somebody to just say OK and re-instate my old E-Mail which I couldn't verify with their sent E-mail, because the E-mail didn't exist anymore, so couldn't recieve an e-mail at old e-mail address!!) they won't be able to figure a way around it.
