feedback and paypal

shipped two cards on 6/19 one to baltimore md and one to el paso tx.got feedback from baltimore 6/21and am witing for tx.i live in arizona so i figure the tx card should have gotten there as well.the reason for this is paypal is holding my funds from now on until feedback is left.i have left mess.to buyer asking for feedback if rec. card and is happy with transaction.i have over 200 trans. with 100% feedback,dont know why the hold.any suggestions? thanx.

    just show paypal a Delivery confirmation # for the item and they will release your funds, there is a lot of buyers that just don't leave feedback, and if they don't leave feedback I think the waiting period is like 45 days. time to dig out the DC number. JMHO
