FS: 1952 Topps Willie Mays

I have this 1952 Topps Willie Mays for sale. I originally bought this in order to get autographed, as a guy over on sportscollectors.net advertised that he thought he could get Mays to sign cards for $80. This was about 9 months ago and it never panned out. I am not paying Willie's show autograph fee of $299.00. I've already got a 51 Bowman signed, so this one is NOT necessary for my collection unless I was able to get it signed cheaply, which doesn't seem to be the case.
When I bought this card, I paid a total of $400.15 for it. Make me what I consider a fair offer and I'll sell it. I accept paypal as payment. I would entertain trade offers for HOF signed rookie cards, or HOF signed rookies plus $$, or if you have a HOF signed rookie more valuable then the Willie, then I'm not adverse to kicking in $$ myself.
When I bought it, it was a SGC 30 and I cracked it out for the supposed signing which never took place. IT IS NOT CURRENTLY IN A HOLDER. Here are pics after and before the crackout so you can clearly see the condition of the card.
