What is this? '30s poster card...

I found this small poster in my collection and I cannot figure out exactly what it is. Depicted on this poster is John Blondy Ryan. John played from 1930 to 1938. In this picture he is wearing a Giants uniform -- he played for the Giants in 1933 -- 1934 and 1937 -- 1938. Can anybody please help me to find out exactly what issue and year this "card" is from? Thank you for any and all help!

    It is listed in the Standard Guide (2010) as a R310 1934 Butterfinger, page 65.

    Smuggo beat me to it. I wasn't sure that it was a Butterfinger, but that would've been my guess. I have a Paul Waner from the Butterfinger issue. Any idea what either my card or the thread topic's card is worth?
