Edit to add: The eye appeal is great. The card is beautifully centered and, aside from the bottom right corner, is in ok condition. I would be surprised if it graded lower. Just an opinion

If that card is not wrinkled or creased I could see it in a PSA 4 holder.

I dont see that in a '4'.....I predict 2-3 as well.....I will be the oddball and say 2.5 due to the centering garnering the half point bump, and the weak corners keeping it out of the '3'.....
