I'm thinking Great Britain.
I searched $100FV the other night and got (2) 40% and (1) 90%. It never gets old finding silver!

My favorite was when I asked my usual teller (knows I'm an avid collector) for anything interesting including any halves. He said they have about $80 or so that they're bagging but there's no silver b/c he already went through them. I took them anyway and pulled out a 40%!
