I just won my oldest Hall of Famer card

it is only a PSA 2, but has much eye appeal. A very sharp card. The only problem is somehow there is paper loss on the back. Please tell me what you think! I think it's a beauty!

Also if you could hrlp me out, what us the VCP or SMR of this 1941 Playball #72 in PSA2?

Thanks!

well, it appears that I paid roughly what it is worth. It is not going to leave my possession for quite some time due to the great eye appeal. Thank you very much for the prompt reply!

I am sorry but having people look up $40 dollar cards on VCP is getting a little silly. Its cool people do it for you but I think this card doesn't warrant it.

I apologize for putting people through the trouble of doing that for me. In all actuality, this is the first PSA card that I have never purchased. I was just wondering whether or not I had gotten a good deal. The next time I asked -- if ever -- I will make sure that it is a money card.

Doesn't have to be a "money" card if it is important to you.

Of course, without knowing the value, there is no way of knowing if it was a $40 card. Enjoy the Lefty Gomez. Can't go wrong with vintage HOFers.

Screw em...ask away. Or pm me for vcp.

Nice card btw. It doesn't have to say NM-MT 8 to be a nice card.

Congratulations on a nice pickup - I agree - the card has really nice eye appeal.

And I agree with those that consider ALL cards worth admiring - price doesn't matter.
