preston guild medal

Just bought a new medal from the Preston Guild Merchant at a garage sale today. It is the 1902 medal. The Guild was started in 1179 and has got together every 20 years since. It is in a black leather presentation case with gold embossing. Any ideas as to value or numbers minted? Got it for $8.
