Boxing Memoribilia Question

On a lark I did something that I have never done before, I stopped at an estate sale (a couple, actually). One had a boxing glove signed by Johansson and Patterson. The glove is personalized to a woman (the deceased, I believe), with Johansson's signature being large and Patterson's being smaller. In the glove was a letter from her son dated 1993 as a Mothers' Day present (an odd gift but I think it may have been somewhat of a joke).

I did not have any idea what it would be worth (google search on my Blackberry did not really come up with anything I could use while I was there) and asked a girl (presumably a grandaughter). Another woman, most likely a daughter, said $20.

After I got back to work, I searched eBay for completed items. There was a PSA/DNA glove, not personalized, with a larger Patterson signature than what I am looking at that sold on a best offer for $300. The same dealer had a BW photo signed by both for $125 that did not sell.

There are not enough completed items to get an idea of what someone would pay for such an item. Also, the personalization, to me, poses a problem. By the time I could get it on eBay, I'd be in it for $70-$80

Question:

Would it be worth getting the glove, going to the next PSA visited show in August, get it certified (based on the site I think it would be at least $45 - $25 for Johansson and $20 for Patterson) and then throw it up on eBay?

Thank you for any opinions or insights.
