Frank Thomas collectors

I just completed the Frank Thomas rookie set in all psa 10s and I'm not even on the front page of the leaderboard because there are so many compeleted sets for him. I wonder if he is that popular or if it's just because his rookie cards are reasonably priced. Either way, any opinions on him being a 1st ballet hall of famer? His 1st 10 years stats are up there with anyone and his career #'s are definately hall of fame worthy. His name has also stayed far away from PED talk. One of the best hitters of all-time?
