What size is a graded card?

Anyone have a graded card handy that they could measure for me?

5 3/8 x 3 1/4 for normal size PSA slab.

Thanks! - do you know how thick they are for standard cards?

Any chance you (or anyone else) knows what type of plastic is used? Acrylic?

After I asked the questions I re-read it and thought this would be a response!

I am developing an insert for cases for graded storage.

I am at work and don't have a case to measure (reason for the size question)

Trying to make it affordable and make sure the type of foam inside wouldn't scratch the case (reason for material question).

Looking to make an insert that would have individual slots for graded cards that would be in a water tight case for travel & protection.
