FSH: 1961 and 1964 Silver Proof Sets in Original Mint Packaging ($20 Each; $550 for Lot)

I have 29 Proof Sets which my Grandpa bought direct from the Mint in 1961 and 1964.
17 sets from 1961
12 sets from 1964
He has since passed them down to his grandchildren (myself included).
My cousins want me to sell theirs, as they are not collectors nor do they have a desire to keep them.
Each yellow envelope was opened long ago, but all coins and mint packaging are still intact as the day they left the mint.
Coins are nice and white, although a couple sets may have a coin which has toned slightly.
Each set is being sold for $20, and it will be on a 'first-come, first serve', basis.
I will randomly select each set(s) by which to send to you.
Shipping will be calculated based on the number of sets purchased, but if you buy 20 or more sets ($400+) shipping + Insurance will be FREE.
