Paypal payment issues lately...

Anyone having new issues lately? The following is happening to me:
- my last 4 payents have gone directly from credit card without an option to use my checking account. I have NEVER had this happen on 1000+ previous payments
- on my last 10-12 payments, my address is showing as NON-CONFIRMED. This also has never happened.

After speaking to paypal, they are having problems with their system and getting a lot of the same complaints...they told me that every transaction is run through their security system and if there is a sense of the transaction going bad, they go through credit card. These were $15 transactions!!!

Anyone else seeing some of the same?
Currently collecting all sports HOF Rookie Cards graded by PSA...for my sons Jayce & Luke.

    Try upgrading your browser and Java software. Paypal probably made a change that older software can't handle.

    Got this happening to me.

    On the transaction details shows address Unconfirmed and in my profile under address it says Home Confirmed.

    I've had my pay pal card turn me down twice this last week....even though there was over $1000 in it. Each time I was able to ATM though. Guess they just wanted the extra $1.
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

    that is exactly what is happening to me too....even the paypal customer service rep said she shows everything as CONFIRMED, but as you said, the trans detail says unconfirmed

    Same thing just happened to me re: the unconfirmed address issue.

    i am guessing that the payment receipt the seller gets must say CONFIRMED, as none of the sellers for these past 10+ transactions has said anything about my address being unconfirmed

    Also should note that the email that PayPal sends when you pay someone shows my Shipping address - confirmed. Weird.
