1951 Bowman Baseball Set minus big three (Mantle, Mays, Williams) 13 PSA graded

I originally purchased this set minus the Willie Mays and Ted Williams, the PSA 5 Mantle has now been sold.

A handful of the raw HOF cards were sent into PSA and graded 4-6.5, VG to EX-MT pretty much sums of the condition of this set, with the majority of high numbers grading on the EX-MT scale
%50 of the set would fall under G-VG borderline condition but are mostly commons.
I have been working diligently upgrading a few of the HOF cards replacing them with better centered examples such as the PSA 5 Whitey Ford and Yogi Berra.

I thoroughly enjoyed this set, it is a beautiful presentation of early Bowman's and I regretfully am offering it up for sale so I can work on something else.
I will provide as many pictures to give you a sense of the whole set, however if you have specific questions or need particular scans of certain cards I'd be more than happy to provide them.

You will receive 321 of 324 cards in the set, again the missing cards are Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays and Ted Williams.

Original scans prior to grading some of them, *note the Whitey Ford, Yogi Berra, Roy Campanella and Larry Doby have since been replaced with graded copies*








I know I am going to leave some money on the table by selling this as a lot, with family and work I can't find the time to sell these as singles.
Ideally would like to see it go to someone who wants a mid grade set with some of the grading work already done.

$2600 delivered is my asking price, nothing comes close in the current ebay offerings, $990 of it (low-mid VCP averages) being the 13 graded cards you see.
Considering the amount of time and shipping costs you will save from piecing a set together...this is a bargain price.

All of the cards will be in card savers packed tightly for shipping, I will include the original 9 card sleeve pages which fit these 51's perfectly.

PS - In case you are wondering why the different qualities of scan, these are a combination from digital photo's I took, Scans I made and original scans from the previous owner from whom I purchased the set.

I did a recalculation based on the VCP averages of the 13 PSA graded cards offered here, the sum total $990

I am offerring the whole set 321 cards for a readjusted price of $2300 delivered.

UPDATE: I am willing to break up the raw group from the graded group.

I can provide scans of the backs but you'll need to specificy which ones, unless you really want to see all 321 backs....Please send PM's with your inquiries.

There will be a handful of cards with wax stains, but that goes with the vg to ex territory on these early Bowman issues.
