best place to purchase bulk padded envelopes

Some time ago, there was a company that sold various envelopes and gave discounts to CU members. Thanks for any info on this company. If there is a better source, pls advise, I'm looking to buy at least 100 padded envelopes. I kinda like how 4 sharp corners doubles there shipping envelopes by folding them over the card for additional protection, this is what I'm looking for.

Check out ebay, there are several sellers with decent price points. Not exactly sure what size envelop 4SC uses, I know it is larger than the #0.

You might want to check out Fetpak or Uline's prices as well. It's sometimes the shipping that kills on these, just like when you buy comic storage boxes online and they are 10 for $20 and then another $20 to get them shipped. (but not as bad on the mailers as this example)
