Nope cant charge a seperate fee for Insurance BUT you can add insurance to the SHIPPING price! id do that for anything under $50 anything over $50 just self insure it! i mean over $50 item, is a few bucks really going to make or break ya for insurance. if it is you shouldn't be in the busniess of selling or collecting
