2001 Bowman Chrome the next T206?

Any set that has his majesty's best rookie card must be able to contend with what I consider just another food isseud card set.

I had a cat that would eat cigarette butts in college. Does that count?

I think the 2001 chrome set will be better than the T206. Its so hard to find near mint and mint condition 01 chromes

It was actually my roommate's cat. I am not much of a cat lover. The cat's name was Jim. However this is way off topic. Back to the issue at hand, both sportscardfact and I believe that the highest potential gain in value is in the 2001 Bowman Chrome issue and that the T206 is a losing bet.

This fact (not theory) is based upon Sir Albert's awesomeness.

I never said anything of the sort. There is only a few good cards in 2001 Bowman Chrome, where as there are hundreds of great cards in the T206 set. I know you are just playing around, but please don't quote me on things I have never said.

T206 has 75 HOF cards in the set. That would be quite a feat if 2001 Bowman chrome were to top that....

While we're talking about T206, let me give a thumbs up to the T206 book that PSA published. A few weeks back, I re-upped my collector's club membership and the free book they sent was a coffee table size all-you-can-read T206 megabook. It is very good IMO. They even go into decent detail about the back variations, etc.
