I pulled both of these from packs back in 1983 when I was opening packs galore. I have no idea if one was pulled early or late in production runs but all I can say is I personally pulled these and noticed the color difference right away. I had forgotten about them until recently when I stumbled upon them while sorting out some misc boxes I have. The funny thing is that I don't remember which is the more common one, the brown or green border. Take a look and let me know what you think. I love reading the information you had gathered on this stuff. It keeps me looking at my "junk".....cards that is.
