Coin shops in Cayman Islands or Belize City?

I'm taking a cruise next month, and wondered whether anyone knew of any coin shops worth visiting in either George Town, Cayman Islands or Belize City, Belize. (I'm assuming Cozumel, Mexico and Roatan Island, Honduras will not have any worthwhile shops.) This information will particularly useful in the event of untimely rain, as I sure don't see myself looking at coins if the weather is delightful....
