Franklin/Washington Proofs

I had to open a 1959 proof set due to the plastic deteriorating. I noticed that the half and qaurter were in what appears to be a deep mirror proof state based on several graded proffs i have from silver quarters ect.

Would the 59 set be worth the grading fee or are these coins a dime a dozen. I beleive they will brings atleast PF 66

Deep mirror brilliant coins are fairly common. If the devices are as frosty as modern proofs you might have something worth certifying.
