What Do You Guys Think Of This Title $500 Sheesh

A little venting here. The title states one thing but the body of the auction states other wise. This seller has sold a lot of these in the past few years.

    This guy must have bought up all of the Collector's Edge inventory when they closed up shop.

    Yep and he sells a bunch of it. It just bothers me when the title states the auction is for a #'d card and it isn't. Yes, a #'d/20 Brady will bring over $400 but the card the seller has listed should not. Unfortunately an excited bidder just going by the title will end up paying a lot more then what the card is worth. I have not idea what it's actually worth because a "base line" book value doesn't exist. This card that is listed doesn't really exist, value speaking, in my opinion. If I could get it for $10 sure I would get it just to add to my master collection but that's about as high as I would go. I do have the #'d/20 card that I bought in 2000 for $10.

    I can't stand sellers like that either. Total piece of garbage.

    In most part you are right especially the earlier cards they issued but near the end of CE's reign they did begin to issue some pretty good cards. #'d autos and parallel's while using pretty decent card stock.
