Would you say die chips in the 9 and 5 in the date? I read they CUDS stick to rims so i assume die chips?

    Yes, these are die chips.
    They are fairly common on Lincoln's from this time frame.

    Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

    A lot of times they will be in "LIBERTY" too. When found in LIBERTY they are call BIE errors many times it would look like an I between the B and E.

    There were a lot of people who used to collect BIE errors, as well as IIB's EIR's etc.
    Some of them can get pretty funky looking too.
