Man, that is a beautiful coin! Im guessing what they are calling the "rub" is the marks on liberty's right arm and the drapery below. I'm no expert, but I see a MS64 coin. Have you tried to upgrade it? Clean shield, not a mark visible on the front leg and gown. (at least from the photos) Reverse looks even better, MS65. AU-58: It's the grade you love to buy, and lament to sell.

No those are hits not rub... here's an image (BELOW) of 1917-S Type One MS65FH with hits just as an example.
Not looking to try to upgrade it as the whole point for me was finding an example like this in an AU58 holder.

It is known as a slider, because without the tiniest hint of rub it would jump from AU58 to MS64. Or so I think.....
