And got two box of new Nickels but they are 2008-D and started opening them and I am finding some tone one 2 to 3 per roll. I'am going to send them in.

Kinda not nice. But you can see that they going to be good ones. Here is one of them. some are yellowish with some small blue spots.

    Could very well be.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Dip them real quick like and you will never know the blue spots or toning was there.

I was beginning to think the 2008 Ds were a myth. I've never gotten any newer than 2007 in change/rolls. I had to get my 2008 P from a fellow forum member!

Looks vaguely like that Hot Springs quarter someone posted here a bit ago. I vote for getting caught in the annealing process.

I've gone through two boxes of 2008-D's have you been as frustrated as I was trying to find clean examples? Even when you find one without a heavy hit the reflective fields are rubbed or the center of the design isn't fully pressed out? I'd guess I maybe held 2 rolls per box of premium examples back.

Yes, I only found 8 so far in half the box. But I did find some of the toned one's around 2 or3 per roll.
