Need some help guys-quarter dollar mini gold piece

I bought this thing on e bay because I did not know what it was. listing #110541383252. It has a date of 1924 and looks exactly like a standing liberty quarter and is gold in color.

Does anybody know what it is?

Private feedback. 97.9% positive. "Gold content unknown" and no returns. All of this tells me people are probably getting some neat little trinkets with no gold. They're making a couple of bucks on each 2 cent trinket they sell.
