Strasburg in A&G?

I did not think Topps was putting Strasburg in the 2010 A&G product, however I saw an Ebay seller today who is advertizing hobby boxes with the tagline "TOPPS BREAKING NEWS !!! STRASBURG ROOKIE CARDS !!!!".
If you scroll down, it further reads "IF STRASBURG PITCHES TUESDAY NIGHT IN THE MAJORS HIS ROOKIE CARD WILL BE IN THIS SET !!!! HUGE NEWS !!! 2010 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball will ship in June according to the company, which has released more information on this year’s edition of the popular product."
I have not seen anything on Topps' website or any A&G articles that substantiates this. The last checklist I saw had a few dozen "to be determined" slots within the 350 card set, but there was no Strasburg. Anyone got any info on this?
