New Cards and a question...

The following two Glavines just completed my rookie set registry in PSA 10:





This my first and only Mays. I really thought it was a nice card of a very important play in baseballs history. One day I would like to get his 51 Bowman (pricey) or his 56 Topps.



I also bought this Lou Gehrig. Can anyone tell me if PSA will slab this with a grade or not?

PSA will grade that card, it's a Topps Promo, I see promo cards graded all the time.
