What are the pitfalls of selling Mint sealed boxes on Ebay?

I have 2 sets of the American Gold Eagle 2006 20th Anniversary 3 coin sets still sealed in the Mint shipping box.I would like to sell them as is,but am a little worried i might get ripped off, like a buyer saying the box was empty.Are there any safeguards for me to go this route?

I'd worry more about the buyer opening the box, saying the coins are damaged and filing a SNAD to get his money back like happened to one member here. I guess PP/eBay does not agree that an unopened box is just that and that you are buying at your own risk.
