1916 D Barber Quarter - What do you think about the grade?

Hello all - here is a not-so-bad barber quarter that I picked up the other day. It has a nice toned look - rather translucent in colour and type but not quite rainbow.

What grade would you give it?

Agreed, the hits are somewhat hidden by the tone. But it has great eye appeal otherwise, too bad about the hits though.

My interpretation is that the coin was intentionally subjected to AT in order to reduce the visual impact of the hefty scratches on the obverse.
